Finance Committee: Shall propose budgets fro the General Fund, Service Fund, and Delegate's Funds. The committee shall evaluate the monthly financial statements and budget comparisons, make recommendations for adjustments to the budget when appropriate. The Treasurer shall be an ex-officio member of the committee.
